Copyright and DMCA Notices

Everything published on Arab Drivers Desk — the version notes, the install walkthroughs, the fix write-ups — is written here, by hand, by one person. I spent years keeping a driver catalog running in Arabic, and this English site is what came after it. The words are mine. If you believe a page on ar-drivers.com copies yours without permission, tell me and I will deal with it.

How to report a specific URL

Point me at the exact page, not at the whole site. A note saying “you copied my tutorial” leaves me guessing — and guessing is slow. Copy the full URL from your address bar, for example the page for a particular GPU driver version or a scanner install fix, and send that. One notice per URL, or a short list if several pages are involved.

Please send notices through the contact page linked on this site. That is the only channel I watch for this, and it keeps the report from getting lost between other messages.

What your notice needs

For me to act, your notice should include:

— Your name and a way to reach you, so I can reply.
— The URL on your site that you own, plus proof you hold the rights — a registration, or a clear statement that you are the author.
— The exact URL on ar-drivers.com that you say infringes it.
— A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
— A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
— Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

A complete, valid notice gets my attention quickly — I aim to review it within a couple of days and to remove or replace the material once the claim checks out. If something is genuinely mine and you think otherwise, I will say so plainly rather than ignore you. Either way, you get a reply.
